Posted Breed: Boxer / Cane Corso Mastiff / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $200. FFOSK9 Rescue has updated our website and would love for you to come check us out at http://www.ffosk9resq.org. There you will see all of our available pets. If you are interested in any of the FFOSK9 pups, the first step is to fill out an application at http://www.ffosk9resq.org/info/adoption or if you are on the Northeast and working with our wonderful partner, For The Love Of Dogs/Vermont Dog Rescue, go to http://www.vermontdogrescue.com/adoption-application/. For the Love of Dogs Vermont Dog Rescue helps place many of our rescues into loving homes. Rebel is a sweet sweet dog that really deserves a chance at a home with a family that won't keep him out on a chain 24/7, like his previous owners did. He had no real shelter and was left to sit in the hot sun, get soaked by torrential rain, and get frost bite from sitting in icy cold weather. Even through all that, he is the sweetest, most loving dog on the planted. He will give you big mushy face kisses, sit next to you while watching tv, play with his toys, and he even plays run around the table with you. I can't express enough what a great dog Rebel is. His only fault is that he is not comfortable with other dogs. We have seen him relaxed around a couple dogs, and seems OK with females, but he was scared by some rough, unfriendly neighborhood dogs and no longer trust them. Because of this we ask that he go to an owner with experience or with a family that doesn't own any other dogs. Oh and BTW we have seen him around children and he is great with them. Please if you have a large yard for Rebel to run and play with, you like going for walks or hiking and would like a companion, if you just like to lay around and have someone to watch TV with, or just play fetch, consider adding this beautiful guy into your life. You will be happy you did. OUT OF STATE adoptions are possible. If you are working with For The Love Of Dogs/Vermont Dog Rescue, the additional fee is $200 to cover transportation costs and the health certificate, which is required to cross state lines. Transport to other areas is dependent on location, fees, and availability of independent transport services. You are always welcome to pick up your new family member. We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes. We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3 organization. We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets. All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates.

For the Love of Dogs Vermont Dog Rescue helps place many of our rescues into loving homes. Patrick is a 77 pound 9 yr old Bull dog possibly mixed with Boston terrier. Recently he lost his human after 4 yrs of being totally spoiled and loved more than any dog could possibly be loved. He is very well behaved and knows several commands. His favorites things to do is sit and ride quietly in the front seat next to you or even in the back seat. He is extremely well behaved in the house too. He is great with kids of all ages and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He was good with cats prior to be adopted 4 yrs ago. Patrick did test positive for heart worm so due to his age and the fact that he was very light positive, and microphilaria negative, we opted for the slow kill. This means he will get a treatment of Advantage Multi (will be supplied to adopter) once every two weeks for 6 months. You couldn't ask for a better dog than Patrick. He deserves to go to a home where he will be able to live out the rest of his life being spoiled and loved like he is use to. OUT OF STATE adoptions are possible. Breed: Husky-Unknown Mix
    Sex: Male Male
    Age: Baby
    Location: USA
Posted Breed: Husky / Mixed (short coat). Depp is a 6-month-old male Husky mix who has already been neutered. He is tan with beautiful white markings; he also has some black highlights in his coat. Depp has gorgeous eyes and it actually looks like he is wearing black eyeliner! He currently weighs 28 pounds and we believe he will be a medium sized adult dog. The Husky breed is notorious for being active and playful--and Depp is no exception. He is very frisky and would love to have a fenced yard full of children where he could play! Depp is good with other dogs and wouldn't mind sharing his home with some canine playmates. Please come out and see this gorgeous fellow who can't wait to have his very own home. Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. All cats and kittens may be adopted for $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under "special needs" our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
