Simmons' Gorgeous Goldens are raised by a big family with lots of love and pampering. These puppies are so smart! They already come on command; some have learned to sit on command, and most consistently use a pee pad when not outdoors. The sire, Rimshot, is a taller, 3 year old, medium-red boy, who loves fetch more than food! He likes to help keep the pups clean or snuggle with them when they have taken naps outdoors. The Dam, Biscuit, has been an incredible first time mother. Nine pups can be overwhelming, but she has been patient, gentle, and attentive. When the litter goes outside to play, she manages to keep an eye on them all. If one or two go too far away , she goes after them, then does a quick scan of the yard, as if counting all the others. Maple, Biscuit's sister, has been a fun Auntie. She loves to play with the pups, rolling balls to them with her nose, and doesn't seem to mind that they are lately trying to eat her big-girl dog food! Nine against one...the pups are bound to win! These puppies have had continual socialization opportunities, both with the dogs and with our large family and holiday guests.
