Posted Breed: Labrador Retriever / Border Collie / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 150.00. My name is King Louie. Don’t let my name fool you I am a young lady. In fact, I will be turning 3 on the coolest day EVER to have a birthday, New Years Eve. My number one wish for Christmas and my birthday is to find my forever family. OOO how I wish for an active family to take me on walks, hiking, long car rides and swimming in the lake. I can picture all our adventures together. I hope they like training classes because it is an excellent way for us to bond and build trust. Just so you know I am a pretty awesome 3-year-old. I am house trained, crate trained. I know all my basic commands and love to show you how smart I am. I had crate training down in 1 day, can you believe that? I love older kids who are dog savvy. I get along great with other dogs but need a good introduction. I love to be active, but I also love snuggling up next to my people. If I sound like I could be your forever girl please apply to meet me at .rescuerovers . Maybe we could celebrate my birthday together!

Posted Breed: Border Collie / Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). I am 52 lbs., 1 year and I'm looking for my forever home! I was found by an animal control as a stray and they transferred me to the shelter to be adopted. Adoption Donation: $350 All dogs are microchipped, neutered/spayed, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested and started on Tri Heart Plus & Vectra 3D. Please fill out an online application and we will give you a call as soon as we receive it. Visit our 'Adopt' page to view adoption process steps, policies, requirements and FAQ. View our 'Visit' page for hours and directions to our shelter. We look forward to seeing you soon! Our website is always kept 100% up to date with who is currently available. All new animals (40/week) are added to the site 2 weeks before their availability date to give you time to fill out your adoption application and get the family ready to come out to the shelter that day. As soon as animals are adopted, they are moved to the Adopted Pets page so if they are still listed on the Adoptable Dogs or Cats page, they are still available. So keep any eye on the site for any animals being added as available for adoption as new animals are added everyday! We would recommend if you haven’t done so already that you submit a general online adoption application with us so it is on file for when you are ready to come out and adopt. The adoption counselors will be able to show you many that would be a good fit for your family. We do go in order of when you submitted your application with us. So it is always best that you get your general application for any animal in with us as soon as possible. Posted Breed: Labrador Retriever / Border Collie / Mixed. Hero is a young guy, a little under a year old. He's very social with people and loves just about everyone he meets! He also very much enjoys the company of other dogs, so if you're looking for a playful canine companion, look no further! Because he is still a puppy, Hero would do best in an active home with a loving and patient family that can teach him all the grown-up-dog skills he needs. He has no kid restrictions, but may accidentally knock over tiny children. This cute dog is available for adoption at Brother Wolf Animal Rescue in our Adoption Center. Please come visit today! All Brother Wolf animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations before adoption (if species appropriate). Application and counseling is required prior to all adoptions. Individuals interested in adopting a puppy are STRONGLY encouraged to download and read this FREE ebook. Even if you've raised puppies in the past, this is an invaluable resource to help make your new addition successful! Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label. JAKE

    rescue
    Breed: Borador
    Sex: Male Male
    Age: Young
    Location: USA
Posted Breed: Labrador Retriever / Border Collie / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $400.00. Are you looking for a hiking buddy or jogging companion, someone who likes the sound of crunching leaves under his paw? Meet JAKE, a handsome 2 year old 65 lab/collie/shepherd mix who's happy and peppy and bursting with love. Sadly JAKE'S guardian had to give him up due to illness. After living in a loving home for a long while. JAKE found himself in a high kill shelter in the South. We couldn't not leave him there. Volunteers said JAKE was confused for the first 10 minutes, but then his happy, friendly self emerged. He greeted everyone with wagging tail and friendly licks and even sat upon request and offered his paw in friendship to the shelter's manager. He adored all the other dogs, walking up to each pen, giving a good sniff and wag saying hello to one and all. He liked the cat too, although Miss Kitty thought he was a little too rambunctious for her. Clearly JAKE would do great in a home with a buddy and older kids and a large fenced in yard where they could all romp and play. JAKE has had some basic training. He's smart, eager to please and highly treat motivated, and would benefit from additional training, maybe agility or water sports. If you're looking for a great pup who will not let the day end without showing you some love, you've found him. Come get JAKE soon! JAKE is neutered, heart worm negative and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee is $400. Please note that training is highly recommended for all dogs. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing. Visit WWW.LULUSRESCUE.ORG and click on the ADOPT tab for an overview of Lulu's Rescue adoption process. Thanks for adopting and saving a life -- you are JAKE 'S hero.

    Sex: Male Male
    Age: Baby
    Location: USA
Posted Breed: Labrador Retriever / Border Collie / Mixed. PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet. These puppies are located in Arkansas. Out of state transport is available, once there are adopters ready for them. 11/19/18 UPDATE Becket has been neutered and weighs 23lbs now. He is about 5 months old now. He will be smaller than a lab, but he looks like a lab. He will probably be about 40-50lbs when fully grown. He is almost completely house trained as well, though he may have some accidents when transitioning to a new environment. He is a sweet, active, friendly little guy who is ready for his forever home! 7.30.18 These babies were born in a shelter to a sweet little lab mix mama who came in as a very pregnant stray. They are all sweet, beautiful babies and have been very well socialized since we pulled them and their mom from their shelter and they got to go to their foster home at 2 weeks old. We don't know what they are mixed with, but mom appears to be a lab/Border Collie mix. The puppies look to be more lab than mom. The last picture shown is mom. These babies will be ready to go to their homes the weekend of 8/10. Their date of birth is June 11 so they will be about 8-9 weeks old at that time. For more info, email kelley.aasrgmail Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $300-$350, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $250. This includes spay/neuter if old enough, (If not old enough for spay/neuter, the puppy will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract, which will require the adopter to have him/her spayed/neutered no later than 6 months of age), up to date age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $140 per dog. We use Uber Dog Animal Rescue Transport, and you can see more about them at .uberdogart. For more info regarding adopting, email kelley.aasrgmail.
